Nuvatel is committed to your long-term business success, which is why our experienced and friendly technical support team is always available to help with any issue you may have. We understand that your phone system is critical to your business and that’s why we aim to fix any issues as quickly as possible.
In the highly connected Internet world, not every phone system issue requires an on-site tech visit. In some cases, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance can be done remotely, reducing the cost and time of onsite servicing and thus allowing us to better serve our customers.
We can provide help and support both over the phone as well as online via remote access.
TRAINING
DO YOU HAVE NEW STAFF OR NEED A REFRESHER TRAINING SESSION?
We offer comprehensive user training and support to your staff so that they can easily use and manage the phone system and make the most of its features and applications.
After every installation, we provide on-site training to ensure that your staff has a good understanding of the phone system and its capabilities. The trainees are provided with the customised quick guide, soft copy of user guide, along with the manufacturer instructions manual.
We also provide ongoing support to ensure your phone system is operating correctly and help you if you have any queries.
